Living in NYC for almost 3 years......... this is the ONLY place to get a SLICE in this town!!!! THIS IS A MUST TRY!!! U will never enjoy any other pizza place

You gotta love Florio's for their delicious New York style pizza. Certainly my favorite in San Antonio for this kind of style. The crust is well cooked and tasty. The sauce is delicious and the pizza slices themselves are thin and crispy just the way I like it. Prices are very good, especially for the quality. Service was definitely on point. I will be returning soon. Highly recommended.

This place is great! It's a simple and cozy atmosphere where you literally feel like you're in a NY pizzeria. The menu is pretty simple, although, I only had pizza, I hear the sandwiches are incredible as well. I highly recommend the pizza, specifically the pepperoni!There's plenty of parking here, but this place can get busy during lunch, so get there early.

I've only ordered pepperoni pizzas and rate Florio's the absolute best: very tasty full-flavored sauce, pepperoni, and cheese -- with no skimping and spread out to the edges. The crust is thin but with balanced quantity for the whole pizza. Reheating in following days, the pizza tastes as if you just bought it. 100 stars if I could!Staff & owner friendly & nice.

Delicious as always. I go out of my way to eat their pizza any time I'm even a little close. Desert us a little pricey but yummy! The lunch special is 2 large slices of pizza and a drink for 5.50! Small wine and beers available. The only lower stars are for atmosphere...A little more run down inside and could use a remodel.

I’m from San Antonio but live out of state now. Every time we come into town, we come to Florio’s. Doesn’t matter what is going on, we make it a point to come here. Pizza is about as authentic New York as you’re going to find in SA and it is so delicious. Their hot sandwiches are really good too. Can’t speak to anything else on the menu because the pizza is the priority for us here . This is a family run place and you get that New York vibe for sure. Prices are great.

HIGHLY recommend this place for lunch. I read reviews complaining about flavor, but no way. I'm normally a pepperoni guy, but got both cheese and pepperoni slices to try both. The cheese alone is spectacular. Crispy, flavorful, and filling. Plus the lunch special of 2 slices and a drink for 5.50? Killer deal.
